The Order of The Red Tide is a faction in The Borderlands, roughly 150 miles north of Kingsport. An aggressive religious cult, but with only a couple of thousand warriors in their Crimson Guard. Led by an Oracle, stemming from Hakusan, and drawing on Japanese traditions, the Law of The Red Tide is followed by some in Raikan despite being hostile to the Republic,
