Overview

The Dojo, also referred to as Training Ground is a buildable construction located within The Player's yard. It cost $1,500 to build.

Upgradining The Dojo

The player can upgrade the Main training hall and Arms of the Dojo, just like most of the buildable constructions in his yard.

  • Main training hall:
    • Level I (Starting): A simple but spacious designated training area. No roof. Sessions performed here suffer a penalty during heat waves and storms.
    • Level II ($5,000) (Changes the display image of the Dojo): Adequate. A Hakusan-inspired wooden structure with roof, thin walls and benches to sit on.
    • Level III ($7,500): Advanced. A Hakusan-inspired wooden structure with soft mats, training dummies, a bathroom, electricity and a simple shrine for those who want to pay tribute to war gods or patron saints.
  • Arms:
    • Level I (Starting): Simple. Just a couple of wooden sticks.
    • Level II ($300): Leather-covered wooden sticks, shields and training swords.
    • Level III ($3,000): Advanced training weapons and protective gear.
    • Level IV ($20,000): High-tech training weapons and protective gear made from duraplate and combat weave fibers.

Training Sessions

The Dojo offers a perfect place for the player to train his physical attributes - alone or together with his assigned followers. The training includes:

  • Strength (Potentially increases player and followers' Strength)
  • Stamina (Potentially increases player and followers' Stamina)
  • Dexterity (Potentially increases player and followers' Dexterity)
  • Melee Combat (Potentially increases player and followers' Melee)
  • Ranged Combat (Potentially increases player and followers' Ranged)
  • Philosophy (Potentially increases followers' Warrior trait value)

The player can do the following things further to increase the chance of success in the training sessions:

  • Hire Trainer ($90)
  • Push himself
  • WIP

Other Actions

Aside from the listed actions above, the player can also do these following things to the Dojo:

  • Demolish it
  • Rename it
