If an NPC is Incapacitated in Combat and then brought round without using a Doctor's Kit, they will lose one or more points from a random Attribute. These lost points can be regained through joint Training sessions with the MC.
If the MC is Incapacitated in combat he will likewise lose one or more points from a random Attribute; NPCs can not use a Doctor's Kit on the MC to prevent this happening. These lost points can be regained through Training sessions or through other means which increase Attributes.
