This concrete bunker on an island in the Outer Marston Swamps is actually a pre-Severance pumping station which was part of the effort to drain the wetlands that stood in the way of Ikaanos City's spread. It is fortified because it was of such strategic importance to the city that it would have been an inviting target in conflict. Its core workings are further protected within internal vaults. The eventual failure of this facility was a major contributor to the return of these districts to swamp and marsh, so that the city now spreads around them.

Now being slowly disintegrated by rembar vines and dungah moss, helping it slowly return to the verdant chaos of nature, the building serves only as an occasional hangout for Bandits.
