Where South Redhaven meets the Red River is a bustling, picturesque fishing port and marketplace, full of interesting sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and people.
It is a good spot to visit, alone or with Followers, to hang out and relax, and be open to interesting experiences. Exploring will take an hour, but will leave your followers happier, and there may be other benefits too.
It appears as a "POI" only during daylight when the weather is good, and is visitable once per day. And note that once the scripted encounters there have been exhausted, it will vanish as an interactable location - though the place remains.
