The barrow that gives this district its name is a large, human-made earth mound over a fortified bunker. The Skyguard are reported to frequently visit, but what goes on within is a mystery. The door is freely accessible, but is made of durasteel, making it impervious to forced entry - its surface showing hundreds of little scars from the bullets and tools of adventurers and bandits vainly trying to break in in hopes of finding loot.
There is an electronic keypad, so the bunker might succumb to hacking.
