Title of the ruler of The Republic of Ikaanos. High Commander of the Mastersphere. Controls The Senate, which appoints the Mayor, who governs Ikaanos Colony. Also has direct control over the The Ikaanian Marine Corps (space marines). The current incumbent is Mordecai Adler, one of the oldest living humans on (or orbiting) Raana today.
