Stables
Overview
The Stables is a buildable construction within the MC's yard. It costs $5,000 to build. A Janitor will need to be employed to deal with the muck that the livestock create.
Starting Effects
Initially the MC will get a building equipped to house half a dozen beasts of burden, but which does not include any. Plus a wagon - a simple cart than can be pulled two humans, in absence of oxen or horses.

Upgrading The Stables
The MC doesn't get the ability to fast travel right after he builds the Stables, rather, he needs to upgrade it, with the upgrades relating to the Wagon and the Horses.
Upgrade Wagon:
- Level I (Starting): A simple cart that can be pulled by oxen or two humans if there are no horses available.
- Level II ($10,000): Sturdy, with cushioned seats and comfortable leaf springs. Influence +4//day.
- Level III ($25,000): Imperial. You're able to travel like a true nobleman in a carriage decorated with expensive colors and clad in artistic silk materials. Influence +4/day.
Upgrade Horses:
- Level I (Starting): None.
- Level II ($3,000): A pair of well-trained mounts. Efficiency +1/day. Contentment +1/day.
- Level III ($30,000): Four well-trained mounts. Efficiency +1. Fast travel enabled!
- Level IV ($75,000): Half-a-dozen Romanov stallions. Influence +4/day. Efficiency +1/day. Contentment +3/day.
Maximum Effects
Maximum Level (in both Wagon and Horses) provides in total:
- Influence: +12/day
- Efficiency: +3/day
- Contentment: +4/day
- Disrepair: +1/day
- Fast travel bonus: On
