Tuner Jackson is a once-famous guitarist who is now wanted for embezzlement. The player can capture him should he take on Tuner's bounty (Town Hall in Hamilton Square).

Special ability - Manager: Tuner has this unique trait (see above), which means that as long as long as his Affection is Friendly+ towards you, and if you pay him enough and he's not assigned to any other job, he will spend his time training any of your suitable female NPCs (Willpower 10+; not Shy; preferably Extroverts) in Performance and Dancing, in their spare time.
