The Underworld

Overview

The Underworld is accessed through an entry POI in Stokke Hills. The place was a huge, underground fuel silo during the pre-Severance era. Now the empty silo has been modified into a subterranean community of at least 200 misfits, thieves, and freebooter trash who can't afford the modest rents of the sod houses of Marston Swamps.
