Aging
Age is not just a number, it can affect the MC's and NPC's stats, and dialog options.
Ageing is also an opportunity to interact with NPCs positively on their birthdays, which will give boosts to their Happiness and Affection towards you! (Walks, dinner dates, gifts, sex and even bondage for corrupted adult NPCs.)
Children
The MC's children have their statistics affected by ageing as they grow up as follows:
At their 14th birthday:
Males get: * a +10kg increase in their weight. * their height raised to 160cm. * they gain +15 health/toughness.
Females get: * a +5kg increase in their weight. * a +10cm increase in their height. * they gain +10 health/toughness.
And at their 16th birthday:
Males get: * a +20kg increase in their weight. * their height raised to 170cm. * they gain +10 health/toughness. * Their body type is set to Normal (males)
Females get: * their weight gets raised to 48kg. * a +10cm increase in their height. * they gain +10 health/toughness. * Their body type is set to Petite
Effects on NPCs:
NPCs above the age of 50 start losing points of Strength, Dexterity and Stamina every 6 months, and die of old age once one of these statistics reaches zero. The effects are as follows:
- Age 50-56: -1 Str and -1 Dex every 6 months, and -1 Stamina once a year.
- Age 57-64: -1 Str and -1 Dex every 3 months, and -1 Stamina every 6 months.
- Age 65+: -1 Str and -1 Dex roughly every 2 months (totalling 7 points of each lost per year), and -1 Stamina every 3 months.
The MC
At character creation, the following age modifiers are applied to the MC depending on starting age chosen (figures total NOT cumulative):

As the MC ages during the game, the following modifiers are applied:
- Age 40-64: -1 Str and -1 Dex every 6 months
- Age 65+: -1 Str and -1 Dex every 3 months
If Strength or Dexterity reaches zero through this means, the MC dies of old age.
Death
Aging can be held at bay by Revital for NPCs - or in the MC's case, simulating this for free by toggling Aging to Freeze in the game Options.
Reaching 0 in either Strength, Stamina or Dexterity, from injuries or from old age, means Game Over!
