Talk to owner

Once your faction's Power Value is 14+, you can talk to the fifth-generation owner of the store Botan Haruki to activate the quest: The Ring, in which the player has to find Haruki's stolen ring. Upon completion, the player will gain influence and money, alongside the ability to use tea at the store.
