  • 15+ NPCs with a Melee or Ranged skill above 39: +1
  • 25+ NPCs with a Melee or Ranged skill above 39: +2
  • 50+ NPCs with a Melee or Ranged skill above 39: +3
  • 75+ NPCs with a Melee or Ranged skill above 39: +4
