On a hill overlooking Preachers Pond, a short walk from Ikaanos City's walls, stands this monumental stone covered in enigmatic engravings.
The Historical Society believes it's a religious runestone left by The First Wavers, but several investigations have concluded it might be much older than that.
The Cult of the Elder revere it as a connection to The Eye that they believe animates life on Raana.
