Gameplay changes

- [NPC] Gold+ necklaces now have a chance to increase Affection up to Loving for Materialistic NPCs.
- [NPC] Made smaller tweaks to the Pure trait: increased Corruption loss, rewritten popup texts etc.
- [NPC] Akari now starts with a default Normal body type and 150 Fame points.
- [NPC] Other NPCs will no longer suffer Affection loss or increase Anger if you execute prowlers.
- [NPC] Prestige (100/300) now provides a bonus (up to +20) to an NPC's Herald skill.
- [NPC] The Nerd Trait will now activate when the traitnerd value reaches 75 (was 1).
- [NPC] The Brawler Trait will now activate when the traitbrawler value reaches 51 (was 1).
- [NPC] You can now only press the Sandman Pic button while at home.

- [WORLD] Hunting rolls at Imogen's Barrow are now negatively affected by dwindling lumber availability at Darkmere sawmill. Penalties start at *below* 300k (maximum -65 at less than 10k available lumber).
- [WORLD] Added a Westside night map.

- [WORLD] You can now move workers *from* Kahill and Silfren mines *to* Darkmere.

Increased NPC cap and The Annex
