A small town hall structure decorated in the classic neo-Victorian style that was so popular just before The Servance. The place looks pretty crammed - with furniture, art, and boxes stuffed with merchandise in every corner. A single, tired-looking militiaman in his 50s guards the entrance. The Magistrate, Redheaven's chief of police, should be somewhere around here.
