Their locations are shown on the map here- Old Baker's Lot to the west of your compound, and Speaker's Square to the south-south-west. Each is being offered for $40,000. Each has room for a Workshop ($35,000+) or a Tavern ($32,000+) to be built on it, or maybe one day a Stronghold. Developments on these plots will each add +2 to your faction's Power Value.
