Background
Zenobia (last name random) is a street kid born to absentee parent scavengers and brought up by her elder sister. Effectively ran the Baltor gang until it was taken down by the player as part of "The Ring" quest.
Character traits & Stats
Zenobia has bonuses to Melee, Ranged, Beauty, and Willpower. She has no fixed traits and starts with 2-4 traits.
