Once the MC attains 6,000+ Influence, Hunt Research will talk to him and consider dealing with him. As a prominent licensed slave trader, they have need of his services. Also, they might be a useful place to offload any strange biological samples or diseased slaves the MC finds (such as "Prowlers").
