Located in Crystal Heights, the great Bank of Ikaanos is a 300-year-old building erected during the First Republic's most glorious days. The current president of the bank is Francis Davor, who can sometimes be spotted in The Orient spending money on himself and his cortege of young mistresses.

The MC can take a $25,000 loan from here if his influence is 2,000+. (At about 10% interest, to be repaid over 200 days at $138/day.)

An accountant by the name of Armand Blackford can be found working inside and will jump at the prospect of a less boring job working for the playerinstead (though he will still need to be properly remunerated).
