It was banned in 2277, but a handful of vials survived and entered the black market.

The mindmancer formulae has been successfully reverse-engineered in the laboratories up at The Mastersphere and its primary use today is to turn hot-headed females into docile sex slaves. It's extremely expensive, however, and seldom found outside the Mastersphere's reach.
Due to its banned nature, the player can only buy it at a few locations, and it costs reputation as well as money:
- the Transit Department ($30,000 + 6,000 Influence)
- Marston Avenue (Black guards)
- The Palace ($120,000 + 500 Influence)
