Available Mercenary
The player's old friend Bud, the proprietor's cousin, lives in the shop's basement. He'd love to work with you, and hints that he has free access to the gun shop's ammunition - stored in the room next to his.
Investment
Once the player becomes established in the area (Influence 10,000+), Timothy Walton will offer them the opportunity to invest in his business. He's looking for enough cash to hire a 75-man army to guard his trade caravans and fight off bandit attacks. In return, Timothy Walton will give the player a lifelong percentage of the profits from my store in return.

- Income: $750/day
- Other returns: Influence +12 per day
- Risks: None
Standing
If the player invites Tim Walton to intimate dinners at their house (less than 10 guests), the player will gain Standing with him (+1 per dinner) as long as the meals are sufficiently luxurious. This will eventually result in reduced prices at his store - for ammunition only - as follows:
